This contains a dvd and infant cpr doll and is very informative. At first, we bought this set because all the CPR classes in town were full for next 3 months and we wanted to be familiar with infant cpr and choking protocol before our son was born. Now that we have it, we've found that it's been helpful to have a 22 minute refresher to watch whenever. It's also been helpful to have the dvd because we've loaned it out to friends and had our babysitter take it home and watch it. If you have an infant at home, I would recommend getting this.

As an AHA Instructor I cannot say enough about bystander CPR. This kit works well when instructions are followed. I have also found this to be the perfect baby gift. It can be used multiple times and is truly the gift that keeps on giving.
